STEP 4: Materials Selection

Choose suitable materials with we accompany, so that to provide you with professional suggestions and advice.

STEP 5: Construction Process

Construct by our expert team with a detailed timeline. Report and your acceptance checks will be conducted phrase by phrase.

STEP 6: Completion

Complete construction with all terms indicated in the contract. A delicate cleaning will be provided before your dream home delivery.

One-Year Warranty

All construction terms indicated in the contract has a one-year full warranty. We are also more than honour to assist you in your future needs and adjustment.

*Construction conducted by the original builders will not be covered in the Luke Renovation warranty.
